Our Story
Chi-Town Cookies started with a memory: the butter cookies from a Chicago lunchroom that tasted like home. Founder Celina Oliver, a born-and-raised Chicago native now living in Arlington, Texas, set out to recreate that exact taste after retiring from a career in aviation. As a wife and mother, she wanted to share the recipe that made her own childhood a little sweeter.
Every cookie is still made in small batches, by hand, using the same simple ingredients that made the original so good: flour, sugar, real butter, flavor, and time. No shortcuts, no mass production, just a taste of Chicago, baked with care in Texas.
